<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Sosul in reteta clasica se face folosind pătrunjel, chili, ulei de măsline, ceapă și suc de lămâie ori otet.  Chimichurrin este bun ca marinadă pentru carnea la grătar, sau ca acompaniament pentru carne sau pește.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Pentru a obtine un sos foarte aromat, la fel ca in cazul <a href="https://lchf.ro/gremolata/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">retetei pentru gremolata</a>, este bine sa se foloseasca ingrediente cat mai proaspete cu putinta. </p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Chimichurri este perfect pentru o <a href="https://lchf.ro/lchf-pentru-incepatori/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">alimentatie corecta ketogenica sau LCHF</a>, fiind aproape lipsit de carbohidrati si, avand ca ingredient una dintre cele mai bune surse de grasimi sanatoase, si anume, uleiul de masline extra virgin. </p>

<li>faceti sosul cu vreo 15 minute inainte de a fi servit, in acest fel aromele vor avea timp sa se intrepatrunda si va fi mult mai delicios.  Se poate servi imediat insa daca veti astepta putin ca aromele sa se absoarba intre ele, nu veti regreta!</li>



<li>daca va place gustul de chili, nu fiti zgarciti cu cantitatea, puteti pune chiar si semintele. Daca insa doriti un gust mai putin intepator de ardei iute puteti adauga doar jumatate.</li>



<li>daca nu gasiti chili proaspat il puteti inlocui cu fulgi de chili uscati, gustul va fi acelasi. Atentie insa la cantitate, incepeti cu o lingurita si mai adaugati dupa caz.</li>



<li>sosul chimichurri se pastreaza 3-4 zile la frigider, intr-un borcan inchis sau castronel acoperit. </li>
