<li>Alegeti o ciocolata neagra de calitate, cu cel putin 70% cacao. </li>

<li>Desertul poate fi montat in pahare sau in cupe. Daca folositi cupe, asezati intr-un singur strat, daca e la pahar puteti alterna 2-3 straturi. </li>

<li>Ca orice alt desert, chiar daca are un continut mult mai redus de carbohidrati decat reteta cu zahar, este foarte important sa avem controlul portiilor si sa nu consumam prea mult! Este foarte usor sa mai cerem o portie sau chiar doua, este un desert foarte aromat si delicios ce ne va pune vointa la incercare. </li>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Ziua Indragostitilor este una dintre acele ocazii &#8222;speciale&#8221; cand noi, cei ce urmam o alimentatie low carb avem voie sa ne facem de cap (cu cap insa)! </p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Insa nu este nevoie, deoarece exista o multitudine de retete de prajituri, torturi, dulciuri si alte asemenea deserturi, sarace in carbohidrati si adaptate bucatariei ketogenice. Ele sunt potrivite atat pentru cei care au grija sa nu consume multe glucide, diabeticilor cat si celor care vor sa testeze bucataria low carb si sa inteleaga ca acest mod de alimentatie nu presupune frustari si nici renuntari la &#8222;dulce&#8221;. </p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Va propunem mai jos una dintre retetele noastre preferate de negresa keto. Secretul consta in a nu fi tinuta prea mult la copt in cuptor, astfel va avea un miez moale si foarte cremos!</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Puteti servi patratelele de negresa ca atare, cu frisca sau cu fructe de padure. </p>

<li>daca folositi unt nesarat, adaugati un praf mic de sare compozitiei, va face gustul de ciocolata mult mai intens</li>



<li>in reteta am folosit o ciocolata cu 70% cacao, insa puteti folosi ce tip de ciocolata preferati, atata timp cat suneti constienti de cantitatea de zahar adaugata ce va creste numarul de carbohidrati per portie</li>



<li>indulcitorul poate fi de orice fel, noi am folosit un amestec de erytritol cu stevia. </li>



<li>negresele se pot congela! Cand doriti sa le serviti, scoteti-le la temperatura camerei si lasati-le sa se decongeleze natural. </li>
