Lindha si-a injumatatit greutatea cu LCHF – minus 70 kg

Lindha, 42 ani, mama a doi copii, a reusit sa slabeasca si practic sa-si injumatateasca greutatea. A fost dintotdeauna o persoana ce a tinut cure de slabire pana ce a intrat in efectul yo-yo. Intotdeaua slabea ca apoi sa puna totul la loc, si inca cateva kilograme peste.

A inceput sa manance dupa principiul LCHF in martie-aprilie 2012. In 18 luni de zile a slabit 70 de kilograme, iar sotul sau a reusit sa slabeasca 40 de kilograme. De atunci isi pastreaza amandoi greutatea fara probleme, se simt bine si mai ales satuli.

Lindha stie totul despre cum e sa fii obez, despre cum e sa te pacalesti singur. Cum a ajuns insa sa cantareasca 140 de kg? Lindha a “uitat” de ea insasi, si si-a anesteziat sentimentele cu mancare. Intr-un final a devenit atat de obosita de propria persoana incat nu i-a mai pasat. Si atunci a descoperit LCHF iar 18 luni mai tarziu slabise 70 de kilograme.

Secretul, spune Lindha, este sa ajungi in acel punct in care simti ca nu se mai poate continua asa. Partea mentala este foarte importanta. “Daca imi este pofta de ceva gandesc in felul urmator: merita intr-adevar sa mananc punga asta de chipsuri? cum ma voi simti dupa asta? da, ma voi simti ca o ratata”, apune ea. Este important sa ai obiective mici si recompense deoarece atunci cand iti atingi un tel, acest lucru iti da energie si putere sa mergi in continuare catre urmatorul pas important.

Lindha nu a avut de la inceput drept tel sa isi injumatateasca greutatea si sa ajunga la 70 de kilograme. Ar fi parut irealist. Scopul ei initial era sa ajunga la o greutate de doua cifre insa pe parcursul “calatoriei” s-au schimbat si telurile. Astazi Lindha continua sa manance low carb high fat, isi mentine greutatea si nu ii mai este frica de esec deoarece se simte in siguranta cu noul ei stil de viata. “Mi-am recapatat viata inapoi, am foarte multa energie si pot fi activa alaturi de copiii mei mult mai bine si mai indelung”, spune ea.

Lindha a devenit un model si o adevarata sursa de inspiratie pentru multe alte femei care se afla in aceeasi situatie in care ea era acum cativa ani, si prin intermediul blogului ei “Halva Lindha” (click) unde povesteste despre transformarea de la 140 kg la 70 kg si despre beneficiile pentru sanatate pe care aceasta transformare le-a adus.
