De unde incep?

Odata ce v-ati hotarat sa urmati LCHF exista cateva lucruri pe care trebuie sa le faceti pentru a transforma experienta intr-un lucru pozitiv si care va va ajuta sa va atingeti telul.

1. Documentati-va!

Informatia este cea mai de pret avutie. Cititi tot ce gasiti in legatura cu LCHF ca sa stiti la ce sa va asteptati. Exista foarte putine informatii pe internet legate de LCHF in limba romana, cele mai multe le veti gasi in limba engleza.

2. Stabiliti de ce vreti sa urmati LCHF.

Care este scopul vostru? Sa slabiti? Sa va imbunatatiti sanatatea? Aveti diabet si doriti sa va tineti sub control glicemia?

3. Cat de strict vreti sa fiti?

Daca raspunsul la intrebarea 2 este ca doriti sa scadeti in greutate sau daca aveti diabet de tip 2 atunci probabil ca va trebui sa adoptati o varianta stricta a regimului. Se vorbeste despre trei tipuri de LCHF: strict, normal si liberal.
Daca ati mancat LCHF normal timp de cateva luni si nu ati obtinut rezultatele dorite, puteti incerca sa tineti LCHF strict. In acest fel, daca aveti un consum de sub 20 grame de carbohidrati pe zi, va fi mai usor sa obtineti rezultate rapide si sa incepeti sa pierdeti in greutate. Daca sunteti nesiguri ce alimente sa mancati, una dintre regulile bune de urmat este sa consumati produse ce contin maxim 5 gr carbohidrati/100 gr.

4. Aruncati carbohidratii din dulap!

Recomandarea mea este sa aruncati toate cutiile pungile si pachetele cu carbohidrati pe care le aveti in dulapuri sau prin camara. Faceti curatenie si aruncati tot ce nu ar trebui sa consumati sau dati-le cuiva care mananca in continuare carbohidrati.
Aruncati pungile cu paste, cu faina, cu zahar, maizena, biscuitii, chips-urile, margarina, toate lactatele degresate, fructele, painea si alte produse de patiserie, pungile cu orez, conservele cu fructe in suc, berea etc.

5. Umpleti-va frigiderul!

Puneti in frigider, congelator si dulap produse naturale, sanatoase, fara conservanti sau alte produse chimice, ce fac parte din alimentatia LCHF. Aici aveti o lista de cumparaturi care poate servi drept punct de plecare.

6. Faceti-va un plan de bataie

Unul dintre principalele motive pentru care unii nu reusesc sa urmeze LCHF este pentru ca nu au mancare acasa, nu reusesc sa manance sau au mancat prea putin si li se face foame. Atunci este foarte usor sa calce in capcana carbohidratilor si recurgand la vechile obiceiuri, sa-si faca un sandvis, sa comande rapid o pizza sau sa manance dulciuri pe care le au prin casa in loc de mancare adevarata.
LCHF inseamna sa mananci mancare naturala pana devii satul, insa nu satul pana nu te mai poti scula de la masa, ci pana ai o senzatie normala de satietate. Nu trebuie sa iti fie foame, ci trebuie sa fii multumit.
La inceput poate fi dificil sa recunoasteti senzatia de foame sau sa o deosebiti de senzatia de pofta, insa va veti obisnui dupa o vreme. Mancati daca va este foame si mancati daca va este pofta! Insa mancati produse naturale, mancare adevarata si nu dulciuri. De aceea este nevoie sa aveti alimente permise in LCHF acasa pentru a putea evita sa cadeti in pacat.
