la supermarket cu o lista de cumparaturi

Aici aveti o lista cu produsele bine de avut acasa/de cumparat atunci cand incepeti alimentatia LCHF. Lista reprezinta o sursa de inspiratie si bineinteles nu este limitata.

Carne, peste, fructe de mare
pui – proaspat sau congelat: piept de pui, pulpe, aripi
somon – de preferinta cel salbatic si nu cel din crescatorii, insa este greu de obtinut
pastrama – de porc sau pui, fara zahar, conservanti sau alte ingrediente dubioase, verificati eticheta
porc – cotlete, muschiulet, ceafa
bacon – cititi eticheta pentru a gasi cel mai natural produs cu putinta; multi producatori autohtoni adauga potentiatori de aroma sau alte ingrediente nenaturale si inutile
vita – muschi, entrecote, pulpa etc
macrou – in sos tomat/conserva, afumat sau proaspat
hering
cod – file congelat sau proaspat
creveti – congelati
miel – pulpa sau cotlete
maruntaie – ficatei de pui, ficat de porc, se pot congela
ton – conserve, cumparati doar conservele in apa, deoarece cele in ulei contin prea mult omega-6
alte mezeluri – salam, carnati, crenvusti, cititi intotdeauna eticheta si alegeti produsele cu cel mai mare procent de carne, cu cei mai putini carbohidrati, fara conservanti si fara substante artificiale

Legume
avocado* – este prietenul vostru
conopida
broccoli
ardei grasi
rosii*
telina – tulpina
castraveti
masline
fenicul
ceapa, usturoi
salata verde – toate tipurile
ciuperci
vinete
zucchini/dovlecel

Alegeti legumele ce cresc deasupra pamantului. Radacinoasele ar trebui evitate deoarece contin cantitati mari de carbohidrati. Ele pot fi consumate insa rar si in cunostinta de cauza (diabeticii risca sa li se ridice glicemia, cei care doresc sa slabeasca pot stagna progresul samd)

* Atat avocado cat si rosia sunt de fapt fructe, insa in constientul colectiv ele sunt considerate legume, din acest motiv le-am trecut si eu in aceasta categorie

Produse lactate
smantana
smantana/frisca lichida – cumparati cu cel putin 30% grasime. Uneori se gaseste sub denumirea de “smantana pentru gatit”.
cascaval
branza de vaci
cottage cheese
iaurt gras – cel de tip grecesc este foarte potrivit deoarece contine un procent de grasime cel putin 10%, ideal peste 14% grasimi
branza feta
babybell – NU branza topita
branza tip philadelphia
telemea, urda
mozzarella

Grasimi
unt – Atentie! NU margarina
ulei de cocos
untura
ulei de masline
ulei de rapita

Evitati uleiul de floarea soarelui. In bucataria romaneasca acesta este rege insa studii moderne au aratat ca el contine mult omega-6 favorizand bolile inflamatorii.

Alimente diverse
oua – de preferat oua ecologice sau care provin de la gaini ce nu au fost crescute in baterii (tip 0, 1 sau 2)
maioneza – facuta acasa sau daca o cumparati, nu alegeti varianta degresata si cititi eticheta
lapte de cocos
tarate de psyllium
fructe de padure – congelate
nuci, alune – migdale, nuci macadamia, nuci pecan, alune de padure
seminte – de floarea soarelui, de bostan, de in, muguri de pin, de susan
mustar, ketchup – alegeti variantele fara zahar! cu cat mai putini carbohidrati
pudra de vanilie – a nu se confunda cu zaharul de vanilie sau zaharul vanilat
faina de migdale – verificati eticheta, exista variatii mari intre numarul de carbohidrati
faina de cocos
