Deserturile LCHF sunt la fel de delicioase ca si deserturile traditionale, insa au avantajul ca nu contin zahar adaugat sau gluten si sunt mult mai sarace in carbohidrati.
Daca stiti ca ciocolata, fructele de padure sau frisca, chiar si indulcitorii naturali precum stevia va declanseaza acea pofta de dulce irezistibila specifica dependentei de carbohidrati, este recomandat sa consumati deserturi LCHF doar la ocazii speciale (zile de nasteri, petreceri, sarbatori etc.) sau cat mai rar.

1. Trufe de ciocolata cu mascarpone LCHF
Cei ce iubesc ciocolata pot respira usurati, in alimentatia LCHF se poate consuma ciocolata, cu muuulta moderatie, insa se poate!

2. Panna cotta de vanilie LCHF
Panna cotta este unul dintre cele mai cunoscute si indragite deserturi italiene, foarte usor de facut si foarte gustos, chiar si fara zahar. Are un continut redus de carbohidrati si este cel putin la fel de bun la gust chiar daca este un desert LCHF.

3. Cheesecake la pahar cu zmeura si crunch de alune prajite
Un desert foarte fresh, nu este complicat, insa are mai multe momente. Se poate face insa dinainte, lasa la frigider, si-l puteti scoate chiar inainte de a-l servi.

4. Mousse de ciocolata LCHF
Un mousse de ciocolata decadent, cu o textura fina, matasoasa ce se va topi in gura. Alegeti o ciocolata de calitate cu cel putin 70% cacao si evitati variantele cu lapte deoarece contin mult zahar.
