Sos cremos de rosii

sos cremos de rosii cu busuioc

Acest sos de rosii este deosebit de parfumat aromat si cremos si merge de minune cu preparate pe baza de carne sau branza: orice tip de carne tocata, de la chiftelute la parjoale sau placinte cu carne (fara blat/blat LCHF) sau halloumi la gratar, feta, mozzarella etc. Merge foarte bine si cu orice tip de legume la cuptor sau ca si sos pentru “spagheti” din dovlecei.

Ingrediente (2 portii)
1 ceapa mica
500 gr rosii in bulion (pasate, conserva)
2-3 catei de usturoi
2 lg pasta de tomate
100 gr smantana
50 ml smantana lichida
sare, piper
ulei de masline
o mana mare busuioc proaspat (1 legatura)
2 lgt oregano uscat
(1 lgt mustar de dijon)

Mod de preparare
Taiati ceapa si usturoiul marunt si puneti-le la prajit intr-o oala in putin ulei de masline. Cand s-au inmuiat adaugati rosiile in bulion, pasta de tomate, mustarul, oregano si busuiocul tocat si lasati sa bolboroseasca la foc mediu aproximativ 15 minute amestecand din cand in cand. Luati oala de pe foc, adaugati smantana si smantana lichida. Cu un blender, amestecati sosul in oala, pana devine cremos si omogen iar la sfarsit potriviti de sare si piper.
