Tarta rece cu somon afumat

tarta rece cu somon afumat, branza philadelphia marar si icre rosii, smörgåstårta

O tarta rece foarte delicioasa si aspectuoasa cu somon afumat, adaptata LCHF (blatul in mod normal se face cu paine neagra) cu putini carbohidrati. Merge de minune la petreceri, ca aperitiv sau parte a unui bufet suedez.

Ingrediente
Pentru blat:
300 gr paine din seminte si nuci LCHF (cam 6 felii)
50 gr unt topit
Pentru crema:
400 gr branza Philadelphia
200 gr smantana
300 gr somon afumat
2 cepe mici
o mana mare de marar tocat
icre caviar rosii

Mod de preparare
Faramitati feliile de paine intr-un mixer/blender. Adaugati untul topit si amestecati bine. Tapetati cu amestecul o forma de tarta, apasand usor cu mainile sau cu o spatula pana devine uniform.
Tocati cepele marunt, taiati cubulete somonul afumat si tocati mararul. Amestecati smantana cu branza Philadelphia, adaugati apoi ceapa, somonul si mararul.
Puneti umplutura peste blat in forma. Intindeti deasupra un strat subtire de icre caviar rosii, sau puteti face gramajoare mici cu lingurita. Lasati la frigider cel putin 4 ore sa se aseze iar aromele sa se intrepatrunda. Ideal este sa faceti aceasta tarta rece cu o zi inainte sa fie servita, atunci este cea mai delicioasa.
