Daca urmati o alimentatie LCHF poate sariti peste micul dejun si asta este ok. Important este sa va ascultati corpul si sa raspundeti semnalelor de foame in consecinta. Daca insa doriti sa mancati un mic dejun gustos, rapid si mai ales satios, va propun 7 variante sanatoase, fara cereale, fara zahar sau alimente procesate. Exista multe alte alternative pe care le putem alege cand dorim sa facem un mic dejun sarac in carbohidrati.

1. Smoothie cu zmeura
Smoothie-urile sunt o alternativa rapida pentru micul dejun, hranitoare, satioase si gustoase.

2. Oua ochiuri cu bacon
Oua ochiuri sunt preferatele romanilor la micul dejun. Adaugati la aceasta bacon crocant si renuntati la paine si veti obtine un mic dejun LCHF clasic. Nu uitati cafeaua!

3. Iaurt cu musli/granola LCHF
Iaurtul este unul dintre preferatele romanilor la micul dejun, combinatiile in care poate fi mancat fiind nenumarate. Iaurtul este un aliment foarte sanatos, insa cel mai bun este cel natural, gras, fara arome. Evitati in totalitate iaurturile degresate (cu 0% grasimi) deoarece contin de obicei zahar.

Paine crocanta, avocado si branza philadelphia sunt excelente pentru micul dejun. Adaugati un ou fiert si o ceasca de cafea sau ceai si veti putea incepe ziua in forta.

5. Cafeaua bulletproof LCHF
Cafeaua cu unt si ulei de cocos ofera un boost de energie, ne tine treji si ajuta la evitarea senzatiei de foame pe care majoritatea dintre oameni (mai mult cei care mananca un mic dejun bogat in carbohidrati) o resimt pe la ora 10.

6. Branza de vaci cu afine
Alegeti o branza de vaci tip cottage cheese, nedegresata. Smantana lichida sa fie cu continut ridicat de grasimi, 30%.

Un mic dejun clasic, adaptat alimentatiei LCHF, daca se elimina painea, foarte rapid de facut pentru cei ce nu au mult timp de pierdut dimineata.
