Ce mancam de Paste daca urmam LCHF?

Sarbatorile de Paste se apropie cu pasi repezi si acestea ar putea reprezenta un moment de stres pentru cei ce urmeaza o alimentatie low carb, un moment in care tot planul alimentar urmat pana in acest punct poate fi dat peste cap. Insa nu disperati deoarece exista solutii. Se poate manca bine, gustos si puteti profita de gustul bucatelor de Paste daca aveti grija sa urmati cateva reguli simple.

Fie ca sunteti invitat la o masa de Paste sau fie ca voi insiva veti organiza o astfel de petrecere, exista unele lucruri de care trebuie sa tineti cont daca urmati LCHF.

In mod traditional de pe masa de Paste nu ar trebui sa lipseasca bucate precum drobul, ouale vopsite, cozonacul, pasca, friptura de miel (se poate face o salata de “cartofi” falsa, de dovlecei sau se poate servi alaturi de o salata asortata: frunze proaspete de salata verde, rosii, ardei, castraveti, ceapa verde)

Singurele preparate de Paste care sunt problematice pentru cei ce tin LCHF sunt de fapt deserturile: copturile si anume pasca si cozonacul. Pentru unii este foarte usor sa sara peste cozonac, dupa cum bine stim dorinta gustului de dulce dispare sau este foarte estompata la cei ce urmeaza o alimentatie low carb. Insa sunt multe persoane care nu pot rezista tentatiei, mai ales daca, spre exemplu, gazda insista: “Hai mai o felie de cozonac nu te omoara!” Ei nu inteleg ca la fel ca si in cazul oricarui tip de dependenta, “doar o felie” poate declansa un intreg proces si ne poate intoarce exact acolo de unde am plecat: incarcati de o pofta de dulce incomensurabila careia cu greu ii putem face fata, in cazul cel mai fericit.

Atentie, nu este indeajuns sa se prepare retete de cozonaci sau pasti cu mai putin zahar adaugat deoarece acestea nu il ajuta pe diabetic in nici un fel. Nu numai zaharul este problema ci si faina deoarece aceasta este un carbohidrat ce este descompus in glucoza odata ajuns in organism.
Se pot insa gasi retete de cozonac sau pasca in care se inlocuieste faina de grau cu faina de migdale sau amestec de faina de migdale cu faina de cocos. In acest caz insa trebuie avuta mare grija la cantitate, la cat de mult se mananca.

Daca voi sunteti cei care veti organiza masa de Paste, lucrurile stau mult mai usor. Veti putea sa va organizati cum doriti si veti putea prepara acele bucate de Paste croite exact dupa cum vreti voi.

Un exemplu de masa cu bucate de Paste potrivite unei alimentatii LCHF este urmatorul: oua rosii, drob, cas proaspat, ceapa verde, ridichi, maioneza, mustar, friptura de miel la cuptor sau alte preparate din carne de miel, mujdei de usturoi, salata de dovlecei, salata asortata, pate de ficatei de pui, paine crocanta LCHF sau chiar si paine LCHF.
In esenta, bucatele traditionale de Paste sunt aceleasi, singura diferenta este ca se renunta la copturile clasice: cozonacul si pasca. Daca se doreste acestea se pot inlocui dupa cum am spus mai sus cu altele facute pe baza de faina de migdale si/sau cocos sau, de ce nu, se poate servi un cu totul alt desert. Aici gasiti o varietate de deserturi LCHF.
