Cotlete de somon la gratar

somon la gratar

Somonul la gratar are o aroma deosebita, putin mai pregnanta decat cel facut la cuptor si este una dintre cele mai simple si mai ales rapide metode de a-l gati. Carnea de porc domina in general gratarele romanilor, insa va propun sa incercati pestele, veti fi placut surprinsi.

Ingrediente
4 cotlete de somon proaspat
ulei de masline
sare si piper

Mod de preparare
Incingeti gratarul si stropiti cu putin ulei de masline. Nu este nevoie de foarte mult deoarece somonul este un peste gras si in mod normal nu se va lipi. Presarati sare si piper pe somon si prajiti cotletele cate 2-3 minute pe fiecare parte.
Puteti servi alaturi de orice fel de salate sau legume, iar daca doriti puteti face si un sos cremos cu maioneza si smantana.

In reteta de mai sus nu am folosit decat sare si piper pentru a da gust somonului, insa daca doriti puteti folosi condimente clasice precum marar tocat, cimbru sau rozmarin sau puteti incerca unele condimente de influenta asiatica, putin chili tocat, usturoi, ghimbir sau chimen dulce. Stropiti cotletele de somon gata prajite cu putin suc de lamaie proaspat stors sau lime.
