maioneza de casa din oua, ulei si mustar

Maioneza sta la baza multor preparate culinare, in special in LCHF. Se mananca ca si sos separat, se foloseste la salate, ca si baza a sosurilor reci pe baza de smantana sau pur si simplu ca sursa de grasimi atunci cand nu mancam indeajuns.
O puteti cumpara din comert, insa exista o practica a producatorilor de a adauga zahar (nu inteleg de ce?!) printre ingrediente. Cititi cu atentie eticheta si alegeti acele maioneze care contin sub 5 gr de carbohidrati la suta de grame, ideal ar fi sub 2 gr. Sau si mai simplu, faceti-va propria maioneza!
Nimic nu se compara cu maioneza de casa. Imi aduc chiar si acum aminte de maioneza facuta de bunica mea, pe care o mancam cu placere cu salata de vinete sau in salata boeuf.

Se poate pastra la frigider cateva zile, intr-un borcan bine inchis.
Am doua variante de retete pe care le folosesc, varianta rapida si varianta si mai rapida!

Varianta rapida:
2 galbenusuri fierte reci
1 galbenus ou crud
2,5 dl ulei de rapita
1 lg mustar de dijon
sare, piper alb
1 lg zeama de lamaie

Mod de preparare
Folositi un mixer. Se pun oualele intr-un recipient se se amesteca cu mustarul. Adaugati uleiul in fir, pentru a nu se taia maioneza. La sfarsit potriviti de sare si piper si adaugati zeama de lamaie.

Varianta cea mai rapida:
1 ou intreg
2 dl ulei de rapita (nu folositi ulei de floarea soarelui daca puteti evita)
1 lgt mustar de dijon
1 lg zeama de lamaie
sare, piper alb

Mod de preparare
Toate ingredientele trebuie sa aibe aceeasi temperatura. Puneti totul intr-un recipient inalt si amestecati cu blender-ul in jur de un minut. Gata!
