Piept de pui in sos de mustar cu rosii si busuioc

piept de pui gratin la cuptor in sos de mustar de Dijon si smantana

O reteta foarte usor de preparat si foarte gustoasa, care nu ia mult timp si care va fi un succes garantat deoarece este pe gustul tuturor.

Ingrediente
4 piept de pui
1 rosie
1 legatura de busuioc
2-3 lg mustar de Dijon
2 catei de usturoi pisati
2 dl smantana lichida
2 dl smantana
1 dl cascaval ras (sau mozzarella)
unt pentru prajit
sare, piper
pastai verzi

Mod de preparare
Curatati peiptul de pui, sarati si piperati si prajiti-l intr-o tigaie in putin unt pana capata culoare.
Rosia taiati-o felii
Puneti pieptul de pui intr-un vas termorezistent si asezati feliile de rosii deasupra. Tocati marunt busuiocul si presarati-l peste pui.
Intr-un vas separat amestecati smantana cu smantana lichida, mustarul si usturoiul si amestecati bine. Piperati si adaugati sare daca mai este nevoie.
Turnati amestecul peste pui in forma, presarati cascavalul si dati la cuptor la 200 grade Celsius pentru 20-25 de minute sau pana ce se rumeneste.
Serviti cu pastai verzi trase in unt sau fierte.
