tapenada de masline negre cu masline kalamata, usturoi, capere si ulei de masline

Tapenada este o pasta de masline parfumata si condimentata de origine provencala (Franta) ce poate fi folosita cu succes in alimentatia LCHF. Merge de minune cu paine crocanta LCHF, pe Finn Crisp, cu peste sau pui, ca si sos amestecata cu smantana sau iaurt grecesc. Se poate face din masline negre sau masline verzi.

Ingrediente
200 gr masline negre fara samburi
1 lg capere
4 lg ulei de masline
1 catel usturoi pisat
4 fileuri de ansoa
1 lgt suc de lamaie
piper proaspat macinat

Mod de preparare
Puneti toate ingredientele intr-un robot de bucatarie si mixati-le. Aveti grija sa lasati bucatele de masline intregi, nu amestecati totul pana devine o pasta.
Eu am folosit masline Kalamata, mi se par cele mai potrivite, sunt carnoase si mai bune la gust.
Se pastreaza la frigider intr-un borcan cu capac etans.
